haha so we had psl duty today.
supposed to usher the sec1 parents in from the gate right next to the bus stop.
yup.
so while yanfei,yunni and i were sitting and waiting for parents to come,
ccas had already ended.
so there was once when wanlin and a group of concert band people walked past us.
well, they stopped to talk to us.
then one of the concert band girls spoke to me. she should be sec 3.
"Hey you're lavender right?"
"err yup. how did you know?"
"Cos you're quite famous."

just afew updates-
THE DRAIN OUTSIDE MY HOUSE IS ALMOST COMPLETE.
i stress ALMOST because it aint yet.

hmm the FIRST day, they worked on right outside our house gate.
which is down the slope.
so they kinda dug up the place to WALK OUT.
anyway,so the FIRST PERSON TO CROSS, was my aunt,who was carrying loads of food.
she asked the workers to stop their construction and jumped over.with the food.
(it was easy cos at that time,they filled the whole with rocks.
so it was a rock moat outside my house.
then the second person to cross was my tuition teacher!
who just jumped to the side then i opened the gate,and she jumped in.
third person was my FRIEND who came for project work.
then she came when the workers were having lunch break,so no one was there.
then she,so CLEVER.
just walked on the rocks.
then when i went to send her off,it was upgraded to a WOODEN PLANK TO WALK ON.
yay so fun.

oh and the second day,
my godmother came for lunch break!
and she was wearing HEELS.
so by then,there was nothing in the moat and the surface was covered with grilles to lay cement on afterwards.
so,the IDIOTIC worker asked her to walk on the grilles to get to my gate.
SUPER DUMB!
then she said she couldnt walk across.
then the IDIOTIC worker said he could.
HELLO! YELLOW PUAH CHU KANG BOOTS OF COURSE CAN LAH!
then she was like,YOU BOOTS I HEELS.
in the end,
he RELUCTANTLY gave her a 4-INCH WIDE PLANK.
(ps.the plank we walked on on the first day was 16-INCHES WIDE.)

okay,third day.they put cement all over.
the top part of the thing was layed VERY NICELY WITH CEMENT.
then the bottom part LOOKS DISGUSTING AS EVER.
seriously,like they got LAZY.
anyway,
its like the ONE WEEK ANNIVERSARY(WOOHOOOOOOOOO!) since they STARTED.
and guess what?
THEY HAVE NOT STOPPED.

every single day when i get out of the car to walk all the way to my house
(COS THERE A CRANES AND CEMENT MIXERS IN FRONT OF MY GATE THAT I CANT PARK NEAR MY HOUSE),
i have to BEAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS STARING AT ME.
sheesh.

plus the best scenery i can get from outside of my house are 3 cranes and a cement mixer(yesterday)

haha im SICK.
for like since sunday!!
can you believe it??
on sunday i felt super sick while studying for block tests so i started sleeping on the sofa.
then when i woke up it was time to fetch my dad from the airport so the whole family trooped into the car for a ride to the airport!
wheee!haha.
anw along the way i kept complaining to my family though it was quite obvious that i was sick.
HOWEVER,
they said
NEVERMIND LAH! CANNOT BOTHER THE DOCTOR WITH SMALL CASES LIKE THIS!
i would have smacked them!!!!
i was like out of breath with fever!!!!
then but haha no one cared so we just went out afterwards.
went to north-one for the second time!
its located on FUSIONPOLIS ROAD.
what kind of name is that?!!!
anw its where all the scientists and researchers are.
and its a super empty big shopping mall.
with nobody.
then there's a MARKETPLACE.
like in tanglin mall.
sorry i havent been to tanglin for a long time so im not sure if the marketplace are the same.
BECAUSE the one at north-one is super hi-tech!
well, the trolleys have some weird name. like future trolley or something?
cant remember.
anyways the trolleys have a tv attachted to them advertising stuff!
and all the price tags on the shelves are electronic! so can change whenever they like.
and at the cashier,
there's on check out counter which you can check out yourself!
as in,
you touch the screen first the you scared the item then you out it in the plastic bag.
the plastic bag is provided and anyone can do it!
they even know if you are about to put the scanned item back into the store!
haha cos i tried!
cos at first my bros and i were amazed by this counter so we scanned one carton of milk.
then we scanned another one.
then we put it into the plastic bags.
then guess what?
MY PARENTS REFUSED TO PAY!!
ahha they were being babies.
so in the end got no choice..
so my older brother paid!!!!
haahhaah
with his card!
wern and i owe him 8bucks!
but we conveniently forget...
okay.so after sunday.
its all stay at home.
going to see doctor later to see if she can certify for me to go back to school tomorrow.

we booked a room.

he is SUPER cute and his name is marKus!!!!
and instead of his surname TAN,
my uncle/auntie wants his surname to be CHEN.
cooler!!
they thought there was gonna be lots of extra since there's a minimum charge for a room but NOOO!
we ordered more:)
and it was just my family of 6 and their family of 2!
not counting the baby and maid since they were not eating.
markus is one heck of a baby!
he does not SQUIRM or SCREAM when someone carries him.
but here's an INTERESTING FACT.
markus cries when he sees a FAT/UGLY WOMAN.

cos there was one place*cant mention where!!* and the manager was *look up at the words in caps* and....she/he kept trying to get the baby to look at he/she.
but the baby REFUSED.

toobad i missed the gathering on the 19th at eric's house:(
went out to sentosa with my parents and wern and my older bro!
eldest bro was still in army..
okay..so FIRST,
we got lost in the place cos we couldnt find beach station carpark.
after going round and round and round and asking people,
we decided to park at imbiah lookout carpark instead!
well that was dumb.
anw so we took the luge first!
it was PRETTY EARLY and there was such a LONG LINE!
so we wait wait wait in the stuffy helmets.
and then,we LUGE!!!!!
wern,bro and i have done it before but never for my mum and dad!
so they decided to try too!
haha the firs round we went,
i ZOOOOOMED past wern and my bro!!!!
but in the last part he go overtake me:(
but that's after the camera place!
so when we got off the BEST INVENTION IN THE WORLD,
my parents bought the photos!!!
and it was SUPER COOL cos my parents look like
CHILDREN!
seriously!
their luges were SIDE BY SIDE and they were smiling oh-so-happily!

ACCORDING TO MY DAD,
SHE WAS VERY BRAVE!!!!

though she did not look down,she did not scream/want to get out/squeal
oh and halfway through,we saw a helmet stuck on one of the trees!
and someones shoe on the net thing.

err after that,us 3 kids took the luge once more
(my parents let us have the ticket since we bought the 8person family)
AND MY OLDER BRO ZOOOOOOMED UP IN FRONT OF ME AND ENDED LIKE SUPER DUPER EARLY!
seems like we were disallowing him to show off his full potential on the first round..
OH AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRACK,
this FATHER and his SON suddenly sped in front of me during a turn and they were SCREAMING LIKE CRAZY(due to joy)
WHAT KIND OF FATHER DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS SON'S SAFETY OR HIMSELF OF THE REST OF THE PUBLIC!!!!!

so i was waiting for wern at the camera part.
so i slowed down.
and when wern came rom behind,i told him to slow down BUT he just SPED UP!
then i tried to get back at him so i sped up and at the end,where there was this twirly lane,
I KEPT CRSHING HIM!
but it was HARMLESS so DONT WORRY!
cos we were so close anyway.
but obviously he wasnt angry cos he knew i was doing it for fun:)
took the skyride again and then met my parents.
oh we bought the skyride photos too.
so after the luge,
we went or 4D MAGIX!
which me and wern watched before.
but it was still as exciting!!
cos i was sitting next to mum,
i experienced many crazy things!
when the crabs were at our legs,
SHE SCREAMED AND PUT HER LEGS UP.
AND EVEN WITH THE LEGS UP,
SHE STILL CAN SCREAM!
oh and when she saw the bees,
SHE SCREAMED(yet again)
AND DID NOT LOOK AT THE SCREEN TILL THEY WERE GONE.
haha!
guess i cant blame her!
and when i asked her why she was screaming during the first part,
she said cos the gun was pointing at her.
and that was when i explained that the gun was pointing at everyone.
THUS THE 3D PART IN IT.
so afterwards,
we went to BUTTERFLY PARK.
it was quite fun i guess.
there's this MAN-FACED BEETLE
which is CREEPY cos it has like the patterns of eyes,a nose and a mouth on its body!!!
TOTALLY COOL!
then when we were in the enclosure or something,
the birdkeeper showed us how the parrot could play dead.
SUPER FUNNY!
birdkeeper uses finger gun,points at parrot's head,goes "bang" and parrot drops to the ground.
HAHA!AMAZING.

after butterfly park,

THAT IS PLAIN CRAZY.
WE DIDNT EVEN ORDER ANY PORK FROM SUBWAY!!
THEN THAT WOMAN SAID THAT "MUST GO.LATER THEY SCOLD ME."
HELLO?!!!
AND BTW,SUBWAY IS ABOUT 10M AWAY FROM SARPINOS.
AND ITS NOT LIKE WE DIDNT BUY ANY FOOD FROM HER!!!

so after lunch,
the children and parents split up.
my parents went to IMAGES OF SINGAPORE museum.
but not before dropping off their children at the TIGER TOWER!
we were the only ones at the line and we were just waiting for someone.
then this guy(malay) comes rushing towards us and apologises.
so funny!
and since i was wearing my liverpool jersey,
he was like
"OH! YOU SUPPORT LIVERPOOL?!"
then he started talking about being a liverpool fan and how he got his first jersey from anfield in 1998.
10 years difference from me!
so we got on.
and my parents went to the museum.
ROUND AND ROUND AND ROUND IT WENT.
sat on it with my godmother before but my brothers wanted to try.
fun fun fun!!
then we were talking and discussing about the merlion's lightning struck head and blah blah looking at the houses...
so it took around 15min?
and since my parents were still in the museum and we didnt have a ticket,
we seeked aircon.
at the mueseum's shop!
airconditioned with a food place and some shops and a souvenir shop.
my bro bought us ice cream WHICH WAS ROCK SOLID!
SERIOUSLY!!!!!
wern went out to defrost it while i just used the spoon to punch the ice cream profusely.
yay so fun!
and when i was about to find a toilet,
i walked through the souvenir shop and found my parents!
haa so cool!
when i walked to the back of the shop,
i was about to opne my mouth to ask the salesperson when she told me where the toilet was.
wow.

did i have a i-have-to-pee-urgently-tell-me-where-the-toilet-is LOOK?
cos if i did,

we left sentosa:(
cos i had piano.
drove to novena square.
had piano while the others went shopping.

met my eldest bro.
went to the club for dinner.
AND I AMOST KILLED MY BRO AND DAD COS THEY LET MY HOPES GET HIGH FOR NO REASON!!
and they were just laughing there.

so the NEXT DAY,
my godmother came to my house.
we went out as a family including my eldest bro(back from army) plus my godmother.
ATE AT MARINA MANDRIN HOTEL.

yay had my NAPFA five stations yesterday!

got totally worried for nothing!
haha i got all As EXCEPT FOR ONE STINKING B!
haha i could have gotten an A.
the B was for inclined pull ups..
cos the friends i did with were 12!
and i thought they were 13..
so i just followed their lead and did 16 pull ups just enough to get an A.
hehe LAZY!
and turns out...i had to do 17!
bleah.
nvm.
at least i got a GOLD GOLD GOLD!
ahha.
for standing broad jump,
my first attempt was 177cm.
so i didnt want to take the second attempt.
but that guy made me do it and i jumped some lousy distance then tumbled backwards on the netball court floor...
just like ROLLIE POLLIE OLLIE!
oh and 2nd station was sit and reach. :(
i usually suck at that.
last year,with CHEATING, i got 41cm...
haha and this year i couldnt cheat cos that guy was super strict.
and i got a lovely 46cm!

oh then 3rd station was pull ups then SHUTTLE RUN!
haha the first time i ran, i got the first beanbag,
ran back and placed it down then when i ran for the 2nd beanbag,
i tried to reach forward to grab it but TO NO AVAIL!
i did that like 3 TIMES!
i repeated the grabbing action 3 times and couldnt even reach the beanbag!!!
haha.so i just stood up and shouted to the woman
"Stop the timing!!!!"
haha so funny then she was laughingggggggggg.
i let my other classmates go first before i tried again.
and when i ran past the finish line,
she said excitedly

wern wished me happy birthday FIRST.
when i was drying my hair.
then my maid.

and then my bro's friend family came to bai nian to us.

ate like super alot for breakfast.:)
then we went to jelita cold storage and in a span of 1 hour,
like 10+ people wished me happy birthday.

haha today is like a SUPER FUN AND NICE DAY.
firstly,go school.
then go for the chinese calligraphy thing.
my dui lian thing is ruined.
cos only got one side.
i didnt know must take 2 papers!
so only had 1.so i wrote one.

then go back to class and we went to the hall.
on the way down,met weifen.
haha so we clung onto each other and sat down together.
the hall was super messy so we just sit down at the middle part.
then my whole class go follow me and sit down behing us..
haha! THE HALL WAS REALLY MESSY.
then the first item was chinese orchestra and mrs ee conducted it!
btw,she's my form teacher.duh.

and during the whole looooooong piece,
i was guessing a secret of weifen's!
when the whole looooooong song ended,
I FINALLY GUESSED ITTTTTT!

oh and after that went down to the auditorium and then met

haha had dance today.
after lesson i couldnt stand up on one leg.

er just came back from NYGH.
cos got parents teacher meet.
then while the parents were at the talk,

in the end we were sitting at the canteen while they were doing work.
then the snack stall uncle was like standing there at about 7pm?
like waiting for a customer and there was practically no one in the canteen.

so i went to buy a snack from the poor uncle.

then after that bought another drink when he was about to close.
at the end,got about 7 people left in the canteen at about 7.30pm.
then it was really dark outside.
we went on the swing which was super squeaky.

OK NOW HERE FOR MY DAY...
my mum came back from office at 11am.
went with her to nanyang at 11.15am.
reached nanyang at 11.30am.
met weifen and jiawei at gate a.
me and weifen walked to the canteen with my mum.
met her dad.
we all went up to the hall.
parents had to stand up.
there were reporters like everywhere.
mdm heng talked for awhile.
announced the top 10for GEP.
and top 11 for mainstream.
for mainstream there were like 10PEOPLE from 6I.
and 1 from 6F...
students proceeded to the classrooms.
parents stayed in the hall.
i pity them cos they just stand there held in suspense.
mrs tan talked alot.
gave out results.
i was really stunned when she told me i did GREAT.
yay! happy!
then i saw my results and i looked at weifens then i started doing this high-pitched scream.
and weifen started screaming and the gang was screaming and laughing.
oh,my i love it.
called my mum to come up and i met her.
she was DAMN HAPPY.
she kept smiling and hugging me.
went with my mum and weifen and her father to hanabi.
this japanese restaurant.
ate ALOT.
real nice.
me and mum met my chauffeur and he drove us to this cake shop.
bought 2 durian cakes for my tuition teachers.
went back home.

then me and weifen went to get the orange juice from the dispenser.
then we raced.each holding a cup of orange juice.

so funny!
i was like running.and i spilt like alot of orange juice on the floor.

me kim wanlin and weifen went to wanlins house right after our exam!
we actually supposed to take bus there(yay!)
but then ended up taking my chauffeur as..i forgot to tell him to go home...
so he drove us to wanlins house.
then went out to eat lunch at *somewhere* and watch HOUSE BUNNY and ate fish and co.
then when we were eating fish and co i wanted to order 4 sharkie freeze but ended up ordering 2 cos it was for 2 persons...
ended up not finishing it...
with weifen.
after movie go take neoprint.
we took like 2 hours and spent 43 bucks
real fun!
after that went back to wanlins house and ate dinner.
then my mum pick me up.
when we were eating dinner the whole family dam quiet so me and weifen just sit there with our rice..
in the end the father pass me the sweet and sour pork then i took.then weifen ask me help her take everything..
so i helped her..
ok..now on friday....
after school,me and weifen went to gate a to help HER collect HER slippers.
then before we collected we told sara tomeet us at gate a then walk to her house but after like 10 minutes of waiting,
they havent come!
so me and weifen went to th meeting point and they were gone.
called kim and she said she was at saras house already!!!!!!!

ate macs and the rest of the partee is not really worth talking about..
since the boys ruined the treasure hunt.
after that went home early at about 9+ cos i had a terrible headache.

overall,very fun!

ok.this happened on saturday.so long right?

left tuition early o go with my mum and wern to White Cane Club.
then we had LUNCH IN THE DARK.
seriously.
it was by the Singapore Association of the visually handicapped.
so cool!
they lead us into this dark room.
as in pitch black.cannot see anything.
and the waiters are also the blind.
this thing originated from Switzerland.
my waiter was this liverpool fan(he was wearing a liverpool shirt).
he used to be sighted.and worked with SIA FOR 10 YEARS!
unfortunately he had brain tumor then must go for operation and so got side effects..
but at least he's still 10-15% sighted..not alot of difference anyway..
we had to feel things with our hands and the menu was:
-mushroom soup
-fish and chips
-ice cream(vanilla,choc,strawberry)
-coffee/tea
when we were eating the main course(fish and chips)
my mum didnt know so she BIT INTO A LEMON WEDGE!
hahahahahhahahaha!
